Hi, I’m Andrea, I have over 15 years experience in the Wellness Industry. It’s my goal to work with you to meet your body's needs in a working environment. 

I wanted to make a difference to staff in the workplace and came up with my Express Massage. Just 15 minutes on my massage chair, I will reduce stress and ease tension in the back and neck.

Hiring me for the day is a great incentive to encourage staff back into the office, by treating them to a Wellbeing Day.  Let them know how valued they are. This boosts morale, motivation and productivity. 

I also offer a Pay As You Go package. Staff can pay for a 15 minute or 30 minute massage. 

 Minimum of 10 staff. 

Making time in the workplace for yourself can be challenging. 

The 15 minute Express Massage covers all areas of the back, neck and shoulders.
I also offer a deeper massage with a Theragun, which will target those tight knots.
